You can fit this on a wide eighth of any linen count. However, be mindful that if you are stitching on 28ct linen, you will only have a 2 inch border on the short side of the fabric.

Test a small sample if you intend to wash, esp darker colours. It has been rinsed and set carefully and should be colourfast - but always better safe than sorry.
